Through the Banda Sea

Some friends are putting our extensive diving down to us becoming misanthropic. Well, sometimes it is a comforting thought that people talk less under water. But at the same time we always meet interesting people on board and while diving (and taking photos) you find a similarly minded soul even without talking. Anyway, this isn't about philpsophy but about our epic diving trip through Eastern Indonesia that took us from Ambon through the Banda Sea all the way to Raja Ampat in Papua. And if all these exotic names aren't interesting enough maybe the photos are. We encountered walking sharks, sharks with beards and some friendly, deadly poisonous snakes ... and while we are cleaning the gear and nursing our dining ears back in Singapore half of our mind is still somewhere there 25 meters down in the Banda sea.
